Artstake uses the information submitted through the questionnaire for the following purposes: • To understand your interests, profile, and indicative investment preferences • To segment prospective guarantors and investors by category, ticket size, opportunity type, and market relevance • To tailor future communications and share opportunities that may be more relevant to your interests • To manage our relationship with you and respond to your inquiries • To improve our platform, communications, and opportunity-matching process • To maintain internal records, compliance documentation, and business development tracking • To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, or administrative obligations Submitting the questionnaire does not create any obligation for Artstake to offer you any opportunity, nor does it create any obligation for you to participate in any opportunity.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your personal data on the basis of one or more of the following legal grounds: • Consent, where you voluntarily submit the questionnaire and agree to the use of your information for opportunity matching and communications • Legitimate interests, including Artstake's interest in understanding prospective guarantors, developing its platform, and communicating relevant opportunities • Pre-contractual steps, where processing is necessary to assess potential participation in future Artstake opportunities • Legal obligations, where we are required to retain or process information for legal, compliance, or regulatory purposes

The questionnaire and any communications based on your responses are for informational and opportunity-matching purposes only. Nothing on the website or in the questionnaire constitutes: • An offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities • Investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice • A recommendation to participate in any specific auction guarantee opportunity • A guarantee of investment performance or availability of any opportunity Any actual participation in an auction guarantee, private placement, securities offering, or related transaction will be governed by separate definitive documents and, where applicable, investor qualification, suitability, and compliance checks.

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree to update Artstake if your preferences, contact information, investor profile, or relevant circumstances materially change. Artstake is entitled to rely on the information you provide when tailoring communications or evaluating whether certain opportunities may be relevant to you.

The questionnaire and Artstake's services are intended for adults only. If you are under 18 years old, you are not permitted to submit personal information through the Artstake website or questionnaire. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.

Artstake may update these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or submission of information after updates are posted indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory data protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
